1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds can be made in the following cases:
a. Service-Based Projects
- If the project has not commenced, a full refund will be provided.
- If work has commenced partially, a partial refund may be given, depending on the progress.
- Once a project has been completely delivered, no refund will be given unless there is an established failure to deliver agreed deliverables.
b. Digital Products or Templates
- All sales of digital goods (e.g., templates, themes, plugins) are final and non-refundable, except for:
- Critical technical issues that we are not able to resolve
- Duplicate purchase
- Refund requests for digital goods must be made within 7 days of the purchase date.
2. Non-Refundable Items
- Custom work after client approval
- Delays caused by lack of client response or incomplete information
- Monthly or subscription-based services after the billing cycle has started
