As soon as an agreement and/or payment has been signed, it is presumed that the client has viewed and agreed to the outlined project given.
4. Payments and Invoices
- All payment is to be done in the currency agreed upon and within the payment terms on the invoice.
- Overdue payments may result in suspension or cutoff of service provision.
- In large projects, milestone or advance payments may be paid in writing.
5. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stipulated:
- All work generated by WebStingers (e.g., code, design, graphics, etc.) remain the property of WebStingers until they have been paid in full.
- With full payment, ownership rights on completed project deliverables are with the client.
- WebStingers retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
6. Revisions and Support
- Revisions come with the initial agreement or package bought.
- Additional revisions or changes beyond the agreed scope may incur additional costs.
- Basic support is provided for a specific time after delivery; extended support is provided under a maintenance plan.
7. Cancellation and Termination
- Customers are able to cancel a project before beginning work for a full refund.
- Once the work has commenced, any cancellation will be subject to a partial refund based on the amount of work done.
- WebStingers will have the right to cancel any project where the client is unresponsive, violates terms, or shows inappropriate behavior.
8. Limitation of Liability
WebStingers will not be liable for:
- Loss of data,
- Business interruption,
- Loss of profits,
- Or any indirect or consequential damages as a result of use or inability to use our services.
Customers are encouraged to take routine backups of their sites and data.

10. Changes to Terms
